Oman Broadband Marathon

The first edition of the Oman’s Broadband Marathon, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth in cooperation with the Omani Athletics Federation, and under the official sponsorship of Oman Broadband Company, was held today in Ibri province within Al-Dhahirah Governorate.

The marathon was sponsored by His Excellency Najib bin Ali Al Rawas, Governor of Al-Dhahira, and was attended by many officials, fans, and supporters from various provinces of the governorate.

The purpose of organizing the marathon is to promote the importance of exercise and physical activity in Omani society, making it a part of a healthy lifestyle. It also aims to provide more opportunities for people from all segments of society to engage in physical and sports activities.
